Meeyomoot Morning Granola
4 cups of rolled oats
1-2 cups of puffed ATG wild rice
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup hemp hearts
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1. Preheat oven to 325F. Mix all dry ingredients together and add some cinnamon if you want a little added flavour
2. In a small pot on low/medium heat add the honey, maple syrup, and coconut oil
3. Add the wet and dry ingredients together and mix well. Next spread out onto a baking sheet and place in oven on middle rack for 5 minute intervals until golden brown.
Usually doesn’t take more than 15 minutes.
* substitute or add any ingredients like dried fruits and nuts, just be sure to add a little more honey or maple syrup if you add to the recipe to make sure you get a good coating on the granola.
